Women in Philanthropy Annual Film Premiere at Curve
Despite
the inclement weather, WiP welcomed over 100 guests to our annual film
premiere at Curve on the cold evening of 26th February. Hosted
generously once again by Maggie Philbin OBE, the evening saw members and
supporters come together to enjoy each other’s company and view a
screening of the DMU sponsored films WiP has produced for this year’s
charities: Centre for Fun & Families, New Dawn New Day and The
Evington Centre wards for Advanced dementia.
The event sees this WiP year drawing to a close, and we look forward to
working with our next three chosen charities for 2018 – 2019 which were
announced at Curve:
First Step Leicester, Park Lodge Project and The (Loughborough)
Wellbeing Centre.
